Learn more about the Net Promoter Score (NPS).I have just spent the last 24 hours dealing with THE best online shopping experience I have ever had! Wow, wow and WOW! I can not say enough positive words about Appliances Online Aust. IF only 'actual' stores had half the amount of professionalism as AOA then perhaps they wouldn't feel the need to complain that "online shopping is hurting our business". Well yes it is when you get the product, attention, service and delivery standard of AOA. Thank you to all at AOA. :-)Wow, wow and WOW! Very impressed with the service I got, plus a fast delivery. I would recommend this site, thank you for your prompted service, will deal againVery impressed with the service Delivery, services & returns
