I am very happy with the TV and cannot fault it. The remote control is a bit basic but it is adequate

Bought it approx 2 months ago, remote didnt work, had to download the app on my pho e just to use the tv, i got another remote sent out, all good, but the voice command control does not work! I press the button the tv says its listening and speak into control, normal voice, slow voice, fast, medium whatever i say it does not work, cant be bothered ringing samsung to sort it out, this is my 4th samsung tv and be my last, i love this tv but for the price i paid i want everything to work

We ave had this 65" TV now for about 6 months and we are very happy with the purchase. The only issue was with the compatibility issues with SONOS Play Bar and lack of information available from both Samsung and SONOS on how to setup correctly (now we have it working OK). The issue is that the SAMSUNG TV Remote Control that comes with the TV does not send out a Infrared signal (it uses R/F) and the SONOS Playbar expects an Infrared remote control to adjust volume (of course you can control SONOS volume on your smart phone, but you don't want two controls to adjust TV volume thru the SONOS). Once we understood that the SAMSUNG "One Connect" unit (only) sends out the an Infrared signal (not the remote control), it was a matter of trial an error to position the "One Connect" box in line of site to the SONOS Playbar, but this was further complicated by the SONOS unit having 2 Infrared detectors (only one of which is activate on power up depending on what edge it assumes to be facing the "front" where an infrared control would be expected to be (not from the "top" where our "One Connect" box was ). In the end we purchased an USB Infrared Remote Extender and placed between One Connect Unit and front of SONOS infrared detector.
