Such cooperative people it's a very pleasant change
Hi, I would like to compliment the manner and quality in the way I was treated with your company from my one and only call. I needed a frig in and I had a particular size space and I needed it the next day. I called and I was put through to Colin. I explained my situation to him and that was the end of it. He just kept at it until he found what I wanted and what would fit into the space available. I was unsure and he reassured me that he would send one the next day. He even said don't pay if it doesnt fit send it back. At around 7.30am the next day i got a call advising me that the frig would be arriving between 8 and 10am. Sure enough at that time the guys turned up measured the space then brought in the frig. Perfect fit. Thanks. Dear Appliancesonline Just a quick note to say how happy we were with the delivery of our fridge. Most impressive was the following: 1. You said you would deliver the next day and you did 2. You said the driver would ring an hour before delivery and he did 3. The delivery people unpacked the fridge and took away all the packaging waste 4. The delivery people installed and levelled the fridge 5. A very good price and free delivery. Very polite and professional
My new fridge was delivered today, and I just wanted to let you know that I was very impressed with the service of the delivery men. I work at a hospital so I needed to be able to know very close to the delivery time, so I could get home and back to work as quick as possible. The delivery men, contacted me as promised (which doesn't normally happen) and were very polite and professional and spot on with their timing.
