Service that is infinitely superior
I just want to say how impressed I was with your service and delivery. I really appreciated being able to choose the delivery date and the two guys who delivered were fantastic including coming back the next day enroute from another job to pick up the old freezer which was still full of food when they delivered the new one. Please pass on to The Boss Hi Guys, I have bought many things from the Internet BUT I must say that in spite of ordering on a day when the computers were playing up I have nothing but praise for all the people I have had contact with. In every case when I was told I would get a call to tell me what was going on I got one! this is not as common as we would hope! everyone was friendly and polite, again not as common as we would hope. The guy who delivered the item was very good and like everyone else friendly and polite. You have a great team working for you, keep it up and pass this on to all of them please.
