You cant beat free delivery
Thank you very much for your wonderful modern online-outlet with old fashioned customer service. This has been the easiest white goods purchase I have ever made. Call received prior to delivery as requested, and arrived nice and early. The driver offered to discard all packaging if I wanted (which he then did happily), and removed my old machine. Love the traditional option of COD. What more could a customer want? I will definately purchase from you again as need arises, and will certainly refer your store on to others. You cant beat free delivery, free removal of old equipment, competitive pricing, ease of shopping from home (not dragging 2 kids to different stores), and delivery people whom are professional and courteous. Shopping with you online also gives the added benefit of comparing multiple outlets prices easily, plus doing product review searches before choosing a product. We were impressed
I was a little aprehensive about buying a washing machine on line because of reports I had read that Lemair were not noted for after sales service. I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt.
