WOW !! What great service. I have just had my Fisher & Paykel fridge delivered and I couldn't be happier. The delivery men - Warren & Glen - arrived bright and cheery and proceeded to put in my new fridge and take away the old one with a minimum of fuss. They were terrific. I only ordered the fridge on Tuesday and now, here it is !! The large retail stores could certainly take a lesson in customer service from you guys. Best price, best service, best delivery men. I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic product and service I received from your team. The two delivery men were a joy to work with. They phoned at 7.45am to let me know they would be there between 8am and 10am. They arrived on time, were courteous, pleasant and helpful. I have dealt with delivery people in the past who you just want to leave your place! But these guys were really helpful and made the whole thing easy and breezy.
