Once again your delivery men (both names started with R but unfortunately can only remember Rick) were so friendly and thoughtful, they oozed customer service skills. It wasn't that easy getting my new fridge/freezer in but they managed, taking complete care of they way they moved through my house. Also Shae a thankyou to you. You had the hard task of telling us our original selection wasn't available for a month or so and being so helpful with finding us a solution. We purchased a washing machine on Thursday 10th Feb at about 2.30pm and it was delivered the next day at 11am. We loved the fact that we could pay COD and really put my mind at ease, not having to worry if my credit card details would be taken and risk having no washing machine turn up! The delivery man was very polite and even took away my old crummy machine for us.
