Ordered a LG Front Loader washing machine on a Tuesday 22/6/10 around lunchtime for delivery into Melb as a gift. Everything that was promised on the website actually happened. Next day delivery, call made before 9am to confirm a 2 hour window for delivery. The driver rang when he was 20 mins away so my friend could go home. Gift received, installed and the old machine taken away. It could not have been a more pleasant online buying experience. I recently purchased a washing machine from appliance online after comparing prices and much research, and of course reading all the positive feedback help, I hope this message will convince anyone about online shopping for an electrical appliance, it is the greatest thing! The delivery was done as promised, the product is great, installation and taking away the old machne is free, delivery is so so cheap!! Thank you thankyou.
