Georgia in customer service is a real credit to the compalny and quickly agreed to send me an LPG Mainifold to replace the Natural Gas one. It arrived within a couple of days and is being fitted on Wednesday by the plumber. If only all customer service was as good as that of Georgia and her team, I would be a very happy man. Well done Georgia and thank you once again for going the extra mile to solve my problem. I have bought appliances before from Appliancesonline and never had any problems, but it is at times when you do that you really find out whether you are dealing with a professional company or one just interested in moving boxes. If all staff are as thorough and professional as Georgia, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. I have never been one to trust the Internet when it comes to white goods and normally undertake extensive telephone based pricing which is followed up with on site visits concluding with the obligatory haggling session. The whole process can take days and is generally an enormous waste of time just to secure a discount off retail.
