Hi, I would like to compliment the manner and quality in the way I was treated with your company from my one and only call. I needed a frig in and I had a particular size space and I needed it the next day. I called and I was put through to Colin. I explained my situation to him and that was the end of it. He just kept at it until he found what I wanted and what would fit into the space available. I was unsure and he reassured me that he would send one the next day. He even said don't pay if it doesnt fit send it back. At around 7.30am the next day i got a call advising me that the frig would be arriving between 8 and 10am. Sure enough at that time the guys turned up measured the space then brought in the frig. Perfect fit. Thanks. Hello Fred Thank you for this product question, The builders have been designed for the builder's domestic market the difference between these two systems is below: Both have a 3-year Full Parts & Labour Warranty Builder Model has a 10-year warranty on the heat exchanger and the other 12-year Warranty. The Builder Model has a lower grade of finish whereas the other has a Premium Paint Finish. The Infinity model has premium Internal electronics that has a display monitor system that will display a code if there is ever an issue within the system, you simply contact the supplier and quote the code generally there is no need for a technician to call out saving you any costs.
