This iron is very easy to use. I love the ergonomic handle and the ease at how you can fill the water chamber Dial is vey easy to use, like the nice long cord It's a pleasure to iron our clothes, it doesn't take as long as it used to

Broken out of the box
Worked for 2 minutes and then went into auto-off mode and won’t heat. Would not recommend or buy again.

Poor heat and steam performance
Very poor steam performance. Bought this iron specifically for the steam performance as I iron a lot of cotton uniforms. The marketing on the carton said it was the best of the bunch for steam. Straight out of the box I could tell the iron does not heat up enough. The steam performance is woeful and the shot of steam function only works for two shots and then takes 30 seconds to charge up again. Not recommended.

NEVER EVER - have I experienced such professional communication, service, nor the satisfaction of dealing with such a VERY well organised company. You certainly have the systems in-place to ensure smooth speedy dispatch and guaranteeing client satisfaction.. A virtue which is long LOST with most retailers these days!! I only ordered this item YESTERDAY AFTERNOON and here I am AT 9:20 AM the very next MORNING with the appliance delivered to my door...by a most polite attentive courteous delivery driver!!!
