I unpacked the iron but couldn't use it because once plugged in I couldn't move the iron to press my clothes as the cord is too short. My power points are all at the bottom of my walls. I shall be taking this back to point of sale for a refund. There is no information on the product packaging or the website stating the length of the power cord.

not happy with this iron at all - thought I was buying a well-known brand. The cord length means you are chained to the power point/wall. The steam surge after 2 hours of use is no longer very good at all. It is a budget product but some sort of product info to let you know before you buy would've meant I paid more but got what I wanted (maybe?)

I have been using the iron for one month. It fulfills all the promises it made. It is light, generates sufficient steam to satisfactorily iron heavy fabric like jeans.
