Can you please accept this as my sincere appreciation for the first class communication and delivery exactly as promised! I didn't believe that buying a new washing machine could be such a pleasant experience. The phone call yesterday that delivery would be between 11 and 1 was followed up by delivery at 11.05. I have shopped online for many years and when I received an itme ordered through Appliances Online and the product was faulty, not Appliance Online's problem, but they were immediately apologetic and organised a replacement as soon as they could possibly deliver it,and this was done without any difficulties whatsoever.It was almost like old fashioned service of the "customer is always right".I have previously bought a washing machine through Appliances Online, and again their service was exceptional.I had often wondered what would happen if there was an issue such as this, and it has reinforced my confidence in shopping online particularly with large items.I hope that all businesses have this sort of customer service, the world would be a better place.
