Finding your website was an absolute godsend
I just wanted to say a huge thank you! I recently took delivery of a washing machine and a freezer. The initial thought of having to go from store to store to find what I needed was starting to stress me enormously. I was also at a loss about how I was going to get rid of the old machines. Finding your website was an absolute godsend for me. The helpfulness and friendliness of your staff on the phones and during the delivery, coupled with your prompt service made this such a worthwhile experience. No running around and my old machines neatly taken away. Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff
I was very impressed with the service and delivery from appliances on
line when I ordered a small item first. Due to this, I again ordered
from Appliances on-line and bought the washing machine. Unfortunately
the machine was found to be faulty upon installation on the Friday. The
unit was removed and replaced with a good working one on the Monday.
It was disappointing but I must add that the gentleman delivering and
handling the installation on the Friday was superb in his customer
service and arranging a new delivery. The delivery on Monday took place
timeously and the unit was installed successfully. Again another
delivery and installation person and I was again impressed with his
customer service, installation and detailed instruction on the use of
the machine. Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff
employed by Appliances on-line. Thank you for making a challenging
