Outstanding Service - Exceeded Expectations. Thank you for offering such a great range of products at very competitive prices via a very easy to use and comprehensive website! We placed our order for a washing machine on Friday afternoon and couldnt believe it was ready to be delivered to our home the following Tuesday afternoon ie 2 business days turnaround - that is unheard of in WA! The delivery service went very smoothly and the two delivery men were extremely polite, considerate, efficient and tidy! Nothing was too difficult for them
As a first time purchaser were very impressed with the efficiency, product selection, competive prices and hassle free experience. We were too busy to replace the dishwasher in our rental property when the old one failed. Our property manager suggested Appliances Online and after ordering on line one Monday afternoon, by 10am the next the purchase, delivery, installation and disposal of the old dishwasher was all done. I had personal contact via phone as well and they were more than happy to help with my enquiries and nothing was too difficult for them. Fantastic customer service I received
I just wanted to leave a comment as to the fantastic customer service i received from one of your employees - Andrew paskalis. He went out of his way to find the washer-dryer to suit my needs, advised me on the size measurements, and negotiated my difficult delivery instructions! I am not the easiest customer, but he did all of this without a complaint - and was extremely friendly and agreeable the entire time.
