We were impressed
I was a little aprehensive about buying a washing machine on line because of reports I had read that Lemair were not noted for after sales service. I was sure I had made a mistake when the machine arrived, missing the adjusting foot. We were due to leave on a caravan holiday in just a few days so I was not optomistic when I rang Appliances on Line to ask for a replacement foot. I was pleasantly surprised by the backup service I received. The replacement part arrived in time for our machine to be installed in our caravan and was backed up with a phone call to confirm receipt. First class communication
Can you please accept this as my sincere appreciation for the first class communication and delivery exactly as promised! I didn't believe that buying a new washing machine could be such a pleasant experience. The phone call yesterday that delivery would be between 11 and 1 was followed up by delivery at 11.05. For the way they removed the old fridge to the installation of the new one, they showed great care and thoughtfulness.
