Impressed with the customer service
We had our Bosch washing machine delivered this morning, after ordering it online lunchtime yesterday. I wanted to let you know that I am impressed with the customer service shown - both with prompt emailing, speed of delivery, and especially the delivery itself. It was fantastic that the delivery men (PJ and David) rang me this morning to let me know the time window, and again 15 minutes before they were due to arrive. I just wanted to thank your for the great service. When my washing machine broke down on Monday I called my Dad to tell him about a special I saw at D******. He made me promise I would check out appliances online first. He and mum have bought their last 4 appliances from you and have also got all their friends on the bandwagon. He went on about the great service and was amazed that the delivery guys unwrapped the appliances outside and took the packaging away. Having recently redecorated my unit and being completely fed up several trips up and down the stairs and down the street to the recycling bin, this part was particularly music to my ears! While the same item from D****** was on special at $50 cheaper (incl delivery and removal), they couldnt get it to me for 2 weeks. I came home and called appliances online and ordered my machine. Got it the next day and all the courtesy calls happened as promised. Adam Ali were quick and so polite. I've told 6 people about you so far! Thanks Katy, Griffith, ACT
