My disappointment lies with the late delivery and the lack of empathy with the management. If their managers were even remotely empathetic instead of trying to justify why their warehouse cannot meet deadlines I would have understood I would have given a better rating.The metal box under my dryerIts an expensive metal box but now my wife doesn't have to bend down to put her wet clean clothes in the dryer. I have a feeling once I open the drawer I will find all the socks I have lost from previous dryers magically appear here. I won't hold my breath.Legendary service
