Bought 5 months ago and already the button labels are worn off. The on off button has peeled off. Poor quality.

I bought the TV about 18 months ago and this remote has had at least 6 lots of batteries since then. Functionally it was ok but the ridiculous shape meant it was difficult to pu down anywhere and expect it to not fall off. Last week it just died completed which means I’ll have to buy another one at a very high price to replace it as they alr day seem difficult to source!

When trying to pair with the TV, the TV just gives the message "Bluetooth service needs to be initialized". Can't be used. Unpugging the TV for five minutes resolves the issue for a couple of hours, but then the issue returns.
