I was enticed by the free delivery
Hello, I just wanted to say thanks for the great service I received from your company. I ordered my dryer on Sunday (I was enticed by the free delivery) It arrived on the day I had chosen. I was actually going to call on the Tuesday morning just to confirm it would actually be delivered (as I have had problems in the past from other companies)but before I could even do that I got a call before 9am to say it would be delivered in 15 mins. On delivery the men were very nice to my daughter and did not seem to complain that it was 2 flights of stairs which makes a change. This proves that a system without person to person contact really does work and I find it preferable. Thanks for the great job, I will definitely use you again. Phillippa,
The easiest deal & change over he had ever done
Washing machine--Yes it arrived exactly on time—& it works well after a couple of days for us to work out how. –the way it works is the same as the one I had before except for a few minor differences. It will do a few extra things that I have not had the need for yet. My Husband said –“It was the easiest deal & change over he had ever done” It was all over within 5-minutes. Last weekend, the kettle blew up, the cars oil thingy lit up and my dearly loved front loader which has moved interstate three times in 5 years decided it had finally had enough. So had I – with no time and no desire to deal with any of the above so got on the internet last Tuesday night...here is my experience Step 1: Google on Tuesday 2nd, after work Step 2: Find ryda.click, check out brands, features and prices (excellent!) Step 3: Order new washing machine, delivery on Thursday please with a phone call half hour prior, take away the old one and install the new one – for $20!!!! Step 4: Emailed receipts and acknowledgement of order (same night) Step 5: Thursday – as promised – phone call half hour prior, old one taken to heaven, new one installed, the delivery man was friendly, thorough and efficient. I was away from work for less than an hour. Step 6: Go home and play with new toy Step 7:Write thank you email What an absolute shock, pleasure and relief to deal with efficient, friendly people who deliver an excellent product, price and service on time and as advertised.
