Speaker and microphone is not working properly , and some time not connect it.

I am purchasing the product. This product is 3rd class product. Total waste of money I am already 2time claim a warranty but not satisfied

I can't use the rubber-made ear pods because I get itchy with those. Then I don't have much options on the market. This one really fit my ears. I also like how it doesn't block all the sound outside so I am still aware if someone call me. With these features, it really gives a fair good listening experience for my writing and workout. The problem is mainly about the product life. Battery life for listening is fair but the whole product died within a year. They did replace me a new one and worked fine for another year. But it eventually died again after about a year and a half. It died in the way that you can't charge the battery and the only light stopped working. I am not using it every day so this is really a product quality life issue. This doesn't cause too much and it balances the sound quality pretty well with this price. But if you are not constrained to this type of ear pods design, you may have better choice.
