Bought these at a Brookstone in the Atlanta Airport, the sound is pour and the touch sensors do not work. The sound is so low that it’s a faint whisper of the audio on calls and music. Would not recommend these for anyone.

i was on the verge of tossing them out bcuz the frequently cited issues of the touch controls being AWFUL. then i decided to just cover them in tape (i used athletic tape bcuz its what i had on hand- it took multiple layers) this is ABSURD that one should have to disable the touch features by covering up brand new headphones with layers of tape. this worked for awhile and then recently they have started with the beeps again!! its not skipping or stopping songs anymore but the beeps are just ridiculous. just take away all the control features and sell for way less and they'd be fine i woulda put half a star if i coulda. not functionally as sold out of the box

The touch controls on these are total trash. ANYTHING that even remotely touches them will cause a response.The touch controls will engage from your shirt rubbing against them or your hoodie or each other if clipped together, among other things. Yes you can "lock" those features however when your clothes immediately negate that action then it's a pretty useless feature. The sound is mediocre for the price and the neck band is too small for a proper fit. Save your money and buy ANY other pair of headphones than these.
