Dear Appliancesonline Just a quick note to say how happy we were with the delivery of our fridge. Most impressive was the following: 1. You said you would deliver the next day and you did 2. You said the driver would ring an hour before delivery and he did 3. The delivery people unpacked the fridge and took away all the packaging waste 4. The delivery people installed and levelled the fridge 5. A very good price and free delivery. Delivery guys live up to their promise
I purchased a Washing Machine from Appliances Online on Wednesday and selected next day for delivery. I called to check on the Thursday what time delivery would be and was told between midday and 2 pm but I would be called before delivery. I was called about 11.45am and told they should be at my house between 13.30 and 14.00. Not only did the delivery guys live up to their promise but they were pleasant, intelligent and installed my machine efficiently, plus took the oldone away.
