I have been telling friends
Hi Glory, Thank you to you and everyone else there who has helped answer so many questions that I have sent in. I will be buying heater and air purifier this evening and very happy with my choice and all your assistance. I have been telling friends about how great your site is, how helpful, useful, easy to use, as well as customer support -- plus I like how you describe the delivery process as it is really what customers want to hear i.e. you don't have to wait all day for a delivery, but you are contacted in advance, so you can make plans for the day. Thanks again. Michael, Australia
Your prices are unbelievable
I felt compelled to write to tell you how much I enjoyed dealing with your company recently. My new washing machine arrived as promised and as described and I could not be happier. Your prices are unbelievable - I do not know how you do it! The machine I bought was on 'special' with a major national electrical retailer last week for almost $400 more you had the same machine for. Then add in another $120 for delivery and disposal of the old machine and I am over $500 better off!The three people I have told about your company in the last week have all bought from you. How's that for the best advertising there is - word of mouth? I can safely say that I cannot see the day where I will waste half a day buying a new appliance. I will go straight to your website! Once again - fantastic job!!! Jonathon, Dulwich Hill, NSW
Wonderful website and delivery service
I just want to express how wonderful I think your online store is. The fact that you were able to deliver my new fridge within 24hrs and put the old fridge and in our garage for us shows how wonderful you value customer service. I intend on telling everyone I know about your wonderful website and delivery service. Keristi, Collaroy, NSW
