We purchased this fridge a month ago, and it is perfect. Looks just as good as it's expensive 'cousins' inside and out. The size of the fridge and the freezer is very good and just what we were looking for. Highly recommend.

This is excellent service
We would like to say how pleased we are with the ordering and delivery of our new fridge today. The driver phoned yesterday afternoon and confirmed the delivery would be between 8 and 10 am this morning. By 8.15am the old unit had been removed and the new one installed and setup. Hello, Thank you for your inquiry about the product. I apologise for any confusion, but you have reached Appliances Online, not Hisense Customer Care. We are an online retailer. To assist you further, I wanted to inform you that if your fridge is not cooling and the freezer is, it may indicate an internal gas leak, possibly as small as a pinhole in the cooling system. While you can have a technician examine the issue, please note that they will only recharge the fridge with gas and will not attempt to locate the source of the leak. They will charge a call-out fee and the cost of the gas for recharging, but this solution may not last long, as the refrigerant could leak out again relatively quickly. Additionally, any warranty on this work typically lasts for only one month. The best option might be to save your money and consider putting it towards a new fridge. Hope this helps.
