Just wanted to say what a great experience it was using Appliances On Line again. Id previously bought a new fridge - which was a great experience - so when my washing machine died I immediately shopped around and came back to the best deal at Appliances On Line. I even changed my mind the day before delivery - Id realised new machine was too big for space! Not a problem to change size and funds were transferred back into my account the same day. Delivery guys rang and confirmed when to expect them and they fitted and took old machine away - no problems. Great service and highly recommended for those a little unsure of shopping over the net. I ordered my Beefeater BBQ on the 27/12/2010 and at the time I was advised that there was to be a delay (approx 3-4 weeks) on the delivery of my BBQ, which I was fine with. It was great to receive a call from appliances online between christmas and new year keeping me up to date with my back order. I then again received another call on 05/01/2011 advising me my order was being despatched already and that I should receive it in approx 3 days. It arrived exactly as indicated. GREAT SERVICE. The only issue was the carrier who delivered it to a different address than the one clearly shown on the delivery docket ! Would gladly purchase another product from Appliances online.
