Our dryer blew up on Monday night and a friend suggested ordering online from Appliances Online as I already new the model I wanted. Contacted the customer service number at 8.00pm to confirm something before I ordered and they answered the phone, WOW. I ordered Monday night and received a phone call at 6.45am on the Wednesday stating the dryer would be delivered between 7.30 and 8.30. I was sceptical as I have never had any good experiences with delivery drivers. To my surprise the delivery driver turned up at 7.45am. Delivered the new dryer and took the old one away. The customer service staff were helpful and friendly, as was the delivery man. The thought of running around from store to store, dealing with a multitude of salesmen, organising delivery, trying to figure out how to get rid of my old machine was all causing me a great deal of stress. What a pleasure it was to find a way to do this from the comfort of my own home. No running around, no stress, everything taken care of in one go and with prices comparable to those in store.
