[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is very well made. It has the measurement lines on the inside for convenience. Heats and cooks.food evenly. Food does not stick to the bottom which makes clean up a breeze. I love that it is big enough to an entire meal for 8. Big family blessing.

This is probably the best pan I've ever owned - it's heavy in a way that feels high-quality, and super sleek. It's relatively deeper than a normal shallow saute pan, which is so useful for versatile cooking. It did take some getting used to as someone who's used to non-stick, but the manual gives super detailed care instructions and advice on seasoning and pre-heating (much like a cast-iron), which has resulted in some fantastic cooking and browned, crisp, tender food! I'm wary of scratching only because it's so beautiful - but again, the manual is detailed so I'm hoping to keep it in pristine condition by being careful and adhering to care instructions. Absolutely love it.

This is a fabulous every day pan! It's heavy duty and I feel like it will last forever. It makes a fabulous steak.
