Why aren't there more companies in the 21st century that deliver customer service and follow through like this one? I was totally impressed and thrilled with Appliances Online - not only from the savings I made by purchasing my washing machine through them, but also with the whole process from start to end. The website is very user-friendly, the phone service team were a pleasure to deal with - even giving me a direct line to contact the operator if I changed my mind on the model I ordered, and the delivery boys were professional, efficient, and had great communication with us regarding the time of delivery on the morning.
