I bought this after returning from a visit at West visiting my son-in-law who owned one totally fell in love with it had to get one as soon as I got home I love how convenient it is to go up and down from one floor of my house to the other, it’s light and easy to carry. It works great love it.

I am highly impressed with my Dyson vacuum. I am disabled and all other vacuums are extremely too heavy for me to use, but my Dyson makes all the difference in the world.., it’s light and easy to use and has impressive suction power that cleans the floor on the first pass. I completely understand why Dyson is so expensive but I wish it weren’t. I’m on a fixed income and I’m sure other disabled people would appreciate using a Dyson vacuum, but probably cannot afford to buy one.

So far, I'm really liking this vacuum. My intention was to replace my two old upright vacuums with this one battery-powered one. I needed the two vacuums because my older Dyson had too much suction for the carpet in this house, so I had to buy a second vacuum with a height adjustment. At this point, I'm just enjoying moving from hard floor to carpet to rugs with this little guy. I love the swivel feature also. Hopefully I will be down to just this one after it's proven itself a little more! PS I've also seen lots of negative comments about having to use the trigger to operate it. That's how every other battery-powered tool we have operates, since it conserves the battery life. It just took me a little while to get used to the feel.
