Thank you so much for your quick reply and doing this, I arranged for a new washing machine for myself and it was delivered installed and the old one taken away. It is done with the minimum of fuss and in 3 days. I passed this onto one of my landlords and he has used you for the two ovens and the dishwasher. In fact I spoke to my brother in law who lives in Manly ( the person who recommended your company in the first place) and although he is many kilometers from my location in Auchenflower it was Peter and Ben who did his washing machine delivery and that when offered for them to leave it out side and that my brother in law would take it in, they insisted in taking it in and hooking it up.
