We placed our order for a washing machine on Friday afternoon and couldnt believe it was ready to be delivered to our home the following Tuesday afternoon ie 2 business days turnaround - that is unheard of in WA! The delivery service went very smoothly and the two delivery men were extremely polite, considerate, efficient and tidy! Hello, I recently ordered a Panasonic television and HDD/DVD player recently and wanted to thank your team for excellent service. My order needed to be delivered in two parts as the TV was not in stock. When the HDD/DVD player was delivered I accidentally overpaid the driver. I contacted your team and they corrected the final balance amount which I needed to pay when the TV was delivered. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that you had given me a further discount on the amount owing - I was so surprised I doubled checked with the driver.
