Incredibly efficient service!
I want to compliment Appliances Online & Staff for your incredibly efficient service! Two days ago I ordered a dryer on line and it was delivered yesterday with my old one taken away free of charge! Your website and ease of ordering online and the delivery service was fantastic. I can't stop telling everyone about your great prices and extremely efficient service. I don't think I've ever received service like this!
I can't recommend Appliances Online enough! I ordered and paid for my purchase in less than five minutes, could choose a day for (free!) delivery and got a highly competitive price for my new washing machine. The company texted the night before to confirm the scheduled delivery and called by 08:30 to confirm the two-hour window within which they'd deliver..how nice not to have to stay in all morning! The delivery guys were super professional and courteous, took away the old machine and packaging for the new one (again at with charge), moved the new machine into place and connected it for me. I don't think I've ever received service like this.and if I have, then not for many years. A 2014 purchase with the latest technology but with good old-fashioned reliable service with a smile. Good Morning, My name is Carmel Lowry, I have just received my delivery of my washing machine. I just wanted to thank you for your great service, it was amazing from start to finish, less than 24 hours I am half way through my first wash. This is the second time I have used your company and will not hesitate to spread the word around. Your company could teach other companies the true meaning of the quote"great service". From the gentleman on the phone to the two young lads that delivered and installed the machine. If the machine gives me the same service that I have seen so far, I will be one happy lady.
