The service by your staff could not be faulted
I purchased a Samsung Washing machine from your company on order 373342 and it was delivered this afternoon as promised. I felt that I had to sit and write to you and congratulate your firm on the handling of our purchase. From the initial call to your office to place the order, to the installation of the machine, the service by your staff could not be faulted. I found all staff members to be helpful and extremely pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the young gentlemen who delivered and installed the machine. They were a delight. Was taken away without complaint by the driver
Hi guys, Just wanted to send a quick email to say how impressed I was with the service received today by your company and especially your driver. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing.
