Not only did they haul my washing machine swiftly up a very challenging staircase, they showed a high level of skill, lateral thinking and professionalism in fitting the machine, which turned out to require removing a cupboard door and replacing it afterwards. They were swift, careful, clean and tidy and never raised an eyebrow to suggest the extra efforts might have been annoying at one of their first deliveries for the day. Truly outstanding. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but not only was our new fridge delivered to our house first thing this morning, but the old fridge, which was not completely defrosted yet and dripping and dirty, was taken away without complaint by the driver. He unpacked the new fridge, placed in its designated spot in the kitchen and even made sure it was plugged in and turned on for me. The new fridge is fantastic and the whole process from ordering it, to it being delivered a day later free of charge was seamless. Having our old disgusting fridge taken away was also a huge bonus. As I said unfortunately I didnt catch the name of the driver, but if you could pass on my thanks for his hard work that would be fantastic. My tax invoice number was ******* and our Quotation Number was AA******HW. Delivery address ****** We will be sure to use your company again should any of other appliances need replacing.
