My new machine has a professional feel to it with its larger size group head compared to my last machine. Finding it very easy to use and giving me great tasting consistent coffees. This is my third Breville machine that I’ve owned over the years. I’d say so far, the best. (I was pleased with the other two as well) Such a bonus to be able to express coffee and foam milk at the same time, which I haven’t been able to do before. Very handy when making several coffees on the go.

Espresso machine is 5 stars! I removed a star for the absolute trash grinder since it can barely get fine enough for espresso with out getting jammed by a bean. (Brand new, burrs unused) The espresso machine has been amazing. I have been able to pull consistent and tasty shots with the machine. I don’t use the steam wand often, but it was very easy to use and make the perfect micro foam for a cortado or cappuccino There are many small, thoughtful design features that make it very consumer friendly. The grinder is useless for espresso though. Don’t bother getting them bundled together, because this grinder can barely get fine enough for a long enough espresso extraction time. If I try to get to a fine enough grind, it consistently gets jammed by a bean. I’ve spent over 3 hours experimenting with a different combination on grind sizes and micro adjustments to find no solution and wasted a whole bag of coffee testing and unjamming the machine. The grinder is probably fine for a drip coffee, but I already have a better grinder for that, so I wouldn’t really know. I have no idea why this grinder was paired with an espresso machine.

Love this machine. It is powerful and stays hot. Really enjoying it
