I got this only a few days ago and ive been reying to calibrate my shot times, no matter what i do it is incredibly inconsistent. Even when I keep the grind size and extraction time exactly the same. One shot can turn out completely different from the next, making it frustrating to get a consistent coffee. I expected much better reliability and consistency. I shouldn't have to constantly troubleshoot a machine when I'm not changing anything in my settings. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not what I expected from Breville.Produces Excellent CoffeeReceived the replacement for my Barista Express BES870, it works perfectly. The old one was nine years old and beyond economical repair, (I'd had my moneys worth out of it) took it in for an inspection was satisfied with the result.Great after care serviceGreat outcomes on my 6 year old coffee machine that gave up the ghost - much appreciated!Legendary service
