    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the third dishwasher of the same model we have purchased in our family. We have been so happy with its performance that we chose to purchase the same one again. It cleans extremely well, is easy to use and has made everyday life much easier. The dishes, pots and cutlery come out very clean, and we have been consistently impressed with the results. A reliable dishwasher that I would highly recommend.

    Very poor service
    My brand new dishwasher was installed with a major fault. I reported it the next day, and was told the first available technician was two weeks later. He failed to fix the problem and said I’d need a new machine. When I called Appliances Online I was told it was outside their one week warranty and I’d have to take it up with Bosch. Appalling service.

If you are installing this yourself, please have the old machine disconnected and pulled out of the cavity, with the hoses wrapped up to prevent any spills, and the driver will remove it on the day for you. If selecting the optional dishwasher connection by a technician, delivery, installation, and removal are all included.     Hello Thank you for your product question. Our delivery drivers will deliver your new machine and take away the disconnected dishwasher that has been removed from the cavity. The hoses will be wrapped up to prevent leaking, allowing you to connect the new machine at your own pace. Another option will have a fee attached, is to select a technician to pick up your dishwasher from our warehouse, deliver, remove the old machine, install the new machine and take away the old machine and packaging, all included in their fee.
