From the moment we placed our order for a GE fridge your company’s performance was highly efficient in that the sales support team was informative and friendly. However, it was when we experienced the problem created by the GE installers and saw the level of effort that your staff went to in order to ensure that we got a positive outcome to the problem that we were blown away. The commitment to us as your customers was outstanding despite the fact that the problems we experienced were not the fault of your company. Very impressed with the professional & prompt service
I have been very impressed with the professional & prompt service from Appliances Online. The website is easy to navigate, informative, product variety & availability is very good and the prices are unbeatable! I have now bought a w/machine & a few weeks later a vaccuum cleaner. When I called the customer service line about each product & new year delivery times, they were very helpful and professional.The admin emails & delivery confirmation calls were prompt professional and clear. The delivery men were fantastic - took great care, communicated with each other all the way up the staircase and were very thorough in their intructions while being fast & efficient. ...and took away both old products for free! So far both products are going very well, so I cant comment on aftersales service, and hope i never need to!
