I wanted to just send you a quick note to say thank you for my food processor which arrived today within the specified time. I can't thank you enough for the wonderful service and most of all the excellent price, after looking around I found your prices to be at $30 to $40 less in the shops which is a great saving, so once again many thanks to you I know where I will be shopping and will tell all my friends. Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff
I was very impressed with the service and delivery from appliances on line when I ordered a small item first. Due to this, I again ordered from Appliances on-line and bought the washing machine. Unfortunately the machine was found to be faulty upon installation on the Friday. The unit was removed and replaced with a good working one on the Monday. It was disappointing but I must add that the gentleman delivering and handling the installation on the Friday was superb in his customer service and arranging a new delivery. The delivery on Monday took place timeously and the unit was installed successfully. Again another delivery and installation person and I was again impressed with his customer service, installation and detailed instruction on the use of the machine. The process took me 10 minutes at my computer
It's the first time I have used Appliances Online and I was very impressed at how quick and easy it was to find exactly the product I wanted, to pay for it and to organise delivery for exactly the day that suited me the most. That process took me 10 minutes at my computer and not a couple of hours tracking down the appliance by driving to my nearest appliance store, parking, queuing up to get help from a sales assistant and then queuing again to pay for it. The delivery people were clean and totally professional in their work. They rang prior to arrival and arrived at the agreed time.
