Due to this, I again ordered from Appliances on-line and bought the washing machine. Unfortunately the machine was found to be faulty upon installation on the Friday. The unit was removed and replaced with a good working one on the Monday. It was disappointing but I must add that the gentleman delivering and handling the installation on the Friday was superb in his customer service and arranging a new delivery. The delivery on Monday took place timeously and the unit was installed successfully. Again another delivery and installation person and I was again impressed with his customer service, installation and detailed instruction on the use of the machine. Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff employed by Appliances on-line. Thank you for making a challenging situation less so.Very impressed with the delivery and installation staff I would like to express my thanks for your performance as a company who serves people. After 21 hours since my old washing mashine collapsed I was able to start my washing with a new 7.5kg Front Load Samsung Washing Machine WF8750LSW1. The staff was so proffesional Steve was a very helping to unswer my all questions. I said he is a great ambassador for his company. He was patient and no in a hurry. I am also very happy to choose this model of Samsung as it covers all my expectations to get great results on wash with many different cycles.
